Rainproof with an attached hood you can stow away, it also has two front-patch pockets, a lanyard pass-through for safety harness compatibility, and an elastic inner storm cuff with hook-and-loop adjustments. It features 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material and has 2-inch reflective trim. Meets ASTM F1891, F2733, F903, and NFPA 70 E requirements.
